Last night, I joined several officemates to celebrate the birthday of one of our Sirs from where I do my 8-hour grind.
He's from Catanduanes, an island province here in Bicol; so while there were sumptous meat dishes,
the feast's dining table highlights were the mouth-watering fish delicacies. Noms!
